Welcome to Silver Spring, a private family-friendly country club tucked into the rolling hills of idyllic Ridgefield, Connecticut. Originally conceived in 1930 as a "small club in the country," Silver Spring was designed to provide weekend and summer recreation for its city-dwelling members. Today Silver Spring has evolved into a energetic, year-round community that draws its membership primarily from the surrounding area. While still small, the club has grown to over 300 memberships and has three classes of membership to accommodate the various interests found here.

Silver Spring offers a challenging and pristine golf course designed by Scots architect Robert White, first President of the PGA and co-founder of the American Society of Golf Course Architects. An updated clubhouse has both casual and formal dining. A wrap around porch with its trademark gazebo offers open air dining. Other amenities include a new pool facility and a newly added paddle court complex to compliment the extensive tennis and paddle programs. The golf facility has designated practice areas for driving, chipping, putting and sand play.
