Description
The 18 hole, par 71 golf course is a 6,277 yard Rees Jones design and includes a practice range and pro shop. Jones took full advantage of the natural streams and ponds found on 12 holes, and incorporated the precipitous changes in elevation to carve out a course that plays longer than the card. The course retains the lands natural beauty, enhanced by seasonal changes from dogwood and mountain laurel blooming in the spring to fall foliage visible for miles in every direction.
The professional staff includes a head professional and two assistant professionals. Private lessons are always available and clinics are scheduled for juniors and ladies depending on the demand. There is an active tournament schedule for both women and men who enjoy the challenge of a little competition. The Pro Shop stocks the latest in clothing and equipment.
